Buying Products on Our Website
All of our prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery charges will be calculated during the checkout process, after you choose your preferred delivery method. We try to have accurate pricing and availability information on all the products we offer; despite our best efforts, a small number of the products in our catalogue may be mispriced or have inaccurate stock availability information. We do verify prices as part of our acceptance procedure, and will inform you if a product’s correct price is higher than that stated in your order, so you may ultimately decide whether or not to order the product at the correct price. We may change the price of any product at any time before you place an order. If the goods you have ordered are not in stock, we may send an e-mail to inform you, at which time you may cancel your order. We do our best to accurately estimate when items will be despatched and/or delivered; however, these estimates are based on several factors over which we have no control and as such, time for despatch and/or delivery shall not be of the essence of the contract and should be considered as rough estimates only.
Note:
Talkback Comms does not invite purchases from outside of the European Union (EU); and therefore all transactions will be subject to UK VAT. You are advised not to place orders with a shipping destination outside of the EU using the available shipping options (which also operate within some non-EU territories e.g. Jersey & Guernsey – VAT-free zones outside of normal UK and CE trade tariffs); in doing so you agree to accept the VAT levied against your purchase.
Pricing
Whilst every care is taken to ensure correct prices on our website we do reserve the right to change a price in exceptional circumstances. If a price is corrected due to exceptional circumstances, customers will be informed of the change before payment is processed and offered the opportunity to cancel their order.
If an order is placed for an item with an erroneous price, and the erroneous price is less than our cost price of the item, we reserve the right to offer to process the order at cost price or the opportunity for the customer to cancel the order.
Prices on orders for out-of-stock or pre-release items are valid for 10 days after the order is placed. If there are price changes when stock becomes available again customers will be informed of any change before any payment is processed and offered the opportunity to cancel the order.
Corporate / Business Customers
If you are a business or if the goods are used wholly or in part for business purposes, we shall not be liable to you for any business loss including loss of profits, (whether direct or indirect) data, revenue, goodwill, or incidental, or consequential loss that you may suffer as a result of the purchase of goods from us. Any other liability shall be limited to the price paid for the goods. We do not exclude our liability for death or personal injury.
If you have a credit account with us, payment is due 30 days after the date of our invoice and we may charge interest for late payment calculated daily at 4% above Barclays Bank PLC’s base rate both before and after judgment.e policies are part of our commitment to superior service. Mobile Phone Unlock Codes and Guarantee.
We are so confident that the unique unlock code that we generate for your phone will work; that if it doesn't we're prepared to offer you a full refund and another unlock code totally free of charge. You can choose your free code from our entire selection.
In the highly unlikely event that a code supplied by Talkback Comms fails to unlock a customer's phone we will request a confirmation that the information provided at the time of purchase was completely correct.
If the information provided by you is correct, Talkback Comms reserves the right to request further evidence that the phone in question is still locked, this may include: Photographic/Video evidence of the phone in question, with images of the IMEI number located under the battery, the IMEI number on the screen of the phone and the customer inserting an alternative SIM card and the subsequent message on screen when the phone is switched on.
In some cases the customer may be asked to supply Talkback Comms with the actual handset in question for verification purposes. This is highly unlikely but may be the only way we can check the phone is not unlocked.
Order cancellations will only be considered if the order has not yet been processed, once processed we are unable to cancel any orders.
Unlock codes that are supplied by Talkback Comms are not eligible for a refund should the handset be barred or blacklisted.
All refunds will be granted via Paypal
